"We support parents, carers, children and young people with SEND

We work very closely with neighbouring Halwill Primary School and exchange regular visits so that the children become familiar with the school and teachers.
Proposed Upcoming Merge with Halwill Primary School.
As you may be aware we have plans to merge with Halwill Primary School to enable us to expand with more places and open a new baby room allowing for admissions from 9 months.
Funding has now been secured to build an extension on the primary school, creating a Foundation Stage Unit with baby room included.
We anticipate this to open in September 2027.
Whilst there are still many things that need to happen before we can move – a great big build is one of them and a lot of admin work –with the potential move being in twelve months – all of our current and new Scallywags will be affected in some way.
We will of course keep everyone up to date regularly and, further details can be found in your admission pack. If you have any questions, please get in touch and we will do our best to answer them.
Halwill Primary School is part of The Carey Federation (with Ashwater & St Giles on the Heath Primary Schools). Their website is https://www.thecareyfederation.co.uk/
